I'm a service & experience designer with a passion for crafting beautiful and intuitive human experiences in order to solve complex design problems and meet business goals. With experience and expertise in design thinking and digital innovation, I strive to bring a holistic approach and a multi-disciplinary mindset to find and solve problems.
I'm interested in systems thinking and design futures to build research and strategies - that serve for diversity and inclusion as well as planet centric solutions. I'm an excellent collaborator, forever learner and enjoy hands-on design as much as thinking, mapping and facilitating.

Panel Discussion - Service Futures Lab, UK (February 2024) - I represented India among a group of climate change experts, designers, researchers and business owners to discuss challenges and solutions on anthropogenic climate change and its impacts in the Global South. Fellow panelists were from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, China and the UK.
