Process Optimisation​​​​​​​

BAU Category Landing Pages Redesign​​​​​​​
With the objective to align BAU Category Landing Pages with an updated DLS across Flipkart and upgrade the design aesthetic, the following process has been incorporated:

Storefront Design Language System​​​​​​​
Each new CLP was to consist design components and sections uniform in their design language - such as section headers, footers, subcategory navigation, price points, etc. The common design guidelines were followed across new CLP revamps in order to maintain consistency.
Redesigning Category Landing Pages with new DLS
02 Flipkart Premium / Mall Mode​​​​​​​
The objective of Flipkart’s Mall mode was to win the metro city market share by creating a premium experience in addition to the existing storefront, that focused on Brands, Metro Vertical Showcase, Trends & Premium Expansion. The following process was followed to transition design for premium CLPs:
Mall Mode Design Language System​​​​​​​
The existing DLS was modified through premium visual elements to ensure unified consistency on Mall Mode aimed towards metro cities in India. This included larger widget templates, muted colour palettes, serif typography and imagery guidelines.
